Rajasthan Royals has concluded their IPL 2025 by defeating Chennai Super Kings. The game that was held at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi was their last fixture. Rajasthan literally stole the show by winning with a huge lead of six wickets. They wrapped up the season with four wins and ten losses.

Sanju Samson Reflects on the Season

After the final match, skipper Sanju Samson said a few words. He believes that the team could have played well. "Not that it is lucky. We are wrong," he bluntly stated. He then added that the task ahead would be tough but the team will bounce back next season.

Young Bowlers Show Promise

Samson praised the team’s young bowlers. He said Rajasthan missed experienced players like Jofra Archer and Sandeep Sharma. Still, the bowling group showed potential. Akash Madwal played only four matches but impressed the team. Samson credited Shane Bond and Rahul Dravid for guiding Madwal.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi has scored 100 runs. Samson appreciated his capability of hitting slow balls and his strong game acknowledgment. He is quoted as saying that Suryavanshi has played mature cricket overall being very young in age.
