Mumbai cricketer Ayush Mhatre has been named captain of the India Under-19 team for the upcoming tour of England. Fourteen-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi, known for his aggressive batting, is also part of the squad.

Ayush Mhatre has represented Chennai in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He has played in 9 first-class matches and 7 List-A matches.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who played for Rajasthan in the IPL, gained attention by scoring a 35-ball century against Gujarat Titans. He has also featured in 5 first-class matches and 1 List-A match for Bihar.
