
Mathews to Retire Following Bangladesh Series
Sri Lankan all-rounder Angelo Mathews has chosen to retire from Test cricket. His last match will be the first Test against Bangladesh, which will be played on June 17 in Galle. Mathews, who is 37 years old now, will keep playing limited-overs cricket.

Mathews started his Test career in 2009 against Pakistan. In 118 matches, he made 8,167 runs. His record contains 16 centuries and 45 half-centuries. He also took 33 wickets throughout his Test career.
