IPL 2026 Mini-Auction: Team Budgets And Player Retentions

The mini auction of IPL 2026 will start in Abu Dhabi this Tuesday afternoon. Teams will be competing to purchase talented players for their sides. There are a total of 359 players for auction.

Team Budgets

Out of the ten IPL franchises, the Mumbai Indians have the lowest wallet size, which is ₹2.75 crore. Kolkata Knight Riders possess the largest wallet with a size of ₹64.30 crore. Chennai Super Kings possess a wallet size of ₹43.40 crore.

Player Retention and Release
