India Wins the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup
In the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup final India won against New Zealand to become world champions. Gautam Gambhir head coach spoke about the victory after the match because of the support from multiple people who helped the team reach their objectives.
Dedication of the Trophy
- Gautam Gambhir said he dedicates the World Cup trophy to Rahul Dravid and VVS Laxman. According to him, both contributed greatly to Indian cricket.
- Gambhir recognized Rahul Dravid because he created Team India and established a successful team framework. Gambhir also appreciated VVS Laxman for his work at the National Cricket Academy, now known as the Centre of Excellence.
