Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has accused that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is inturning with cases of businessman Gautam Adani's corruption off.
On Friday, urging the Prime Minister to reply to the questions, Rahul Gandhi tweeted, "The Prime Minister, who remains silent on this issue in India, dismisses it as a personal matter when questioned abroad." He added, "Modi has also hidden Adani's corruption in America."
In a joint press conference in the US, when asked about Adani, PM Modi reacted by saying, "India is a democratic country. Our culture embraces the idea of a global family. We believe the whole world is our family. Every Indian is mine." He also mentioned that the Adani matter was not concerned in his discussions with his former counterpart, US President Donald Trump.
