Legal Battle Starts After Industry Ban  

The whole back and forth around Don 3 has moved into a new phase, with actor Ranveer Singh now taking legal action against the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE). Reports say the actor sent legal notices to the federation after it put a ban on him, tied to his exit from the next film.  

Even if the full details of the notices aren’t out yet, the fact he’s gone this route, basically means it’s not just another industry discussion anymore. Now it looks like the matter has stepped into court territory. In answer to the claims and the industry ban, Ranveer Singh’s side released a statement. It highlighted that the actor respects his profession, and also respects the film industry more broadly.

The statement says Ranveer wants Don 3 to do well, and that he chose not to engage openly in the whole controversy. It also added that staying quiet was meant to stop the situation from getting more heated, and to let the issue be handled through the proper channels.

And the actor’s legal move, well, it implies he is now looking for a formal resolution to the dispute using legal routes, instead of pushing things via public comments.
