ICC Confirms Women's ODI World Cup Schedule
The ICC has finally published the timetable for the Women's ODI World Cup. India and Pakistan will face each other on October 5 in Colombo. This makes all the speculation about whether the two nations will be competing with each other, considering their political tensions, null and void.
Pakistan to Host All Matches in Colombo
As per the Champions Trophy accord, Pakistan will host all their World Cup matches in Colombo. The ICC cleared this arrangement to ensure a successful tournament.
India's First Match in Bengaluru
India will start their World Cup journey against Sri Lanka on September 30 in Bengaluru. India will play South Africa on October 9 and Australia on October 12, both in Visakhapatnam.
Semi-Finals and Final Match Schedule
- The first semi-final will be played on October 29 in Guwahati or Colombo, based on Pakistan's qualification.
- The second semi-final will be held on October 30 in Bengaluru.
- The final will be played on November 2, either in Bengaluru or Colombo.
- In case Pakistan doesn't qualify for the final, the match will be played in Bengaluru.

The tournament will feature India, Australia, England, New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.
