Ex-MLA Denies Fleeing Reports

Ex-YSRCP MLA Nallapareddy Prasanna Kumar Reddy said that he did not flee. He said that he was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Chennai for hand pain. He labelled the accusations that he had fled as false rumors spread by other people.

Public Statement in Nellore

Addressing the media in Nellore, Reddy clarified his position.

"I am Nallapareddy Srinivasula Reddy's son. I am not a coward. To claim that I fled and hid is unfounded. The police can arrest me if it's needed. We have evidence in the form of videos against those who visited my house with an intention to attack. The police should carry out an impartial investigation," he added.

Controversy Over Recent Comments

Reddy was recently criticized for his derogatory comments against TDP's Kovur MLA, Vemireddy Prashanthi Reddy. His comments led to protests in various areas of Andhra Pradesh.
