- Poco has launched its first affordable smartphone for Indian customers. The Poco C85x 5G serves as the new device that represents the companys C-series product line. The phone targets users who want an affordable smartphone with 5G support.
- The device operates on HyperOS 3 which is based on Android 16. The device contains a massive 6300mAh battery. The phone supports 15W wired charging. The phone also supports 7.5W wired reverse charging.
Display and Build Features
- The Poco C85x 5G features a 6.9-inch display. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate. It also supports a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The display achieves a maximum brightness level of 800 nits.
- The device comes with an IP52 rating. This rating provides basic protection against dust and light water exposure.
Camera and Battery Performance
- The phone includes a 32MP main rear camera. For selfies and video calls, it offers an 8MP front camera.
- The 6300mAh battery provides extended operating time. The company claims that the battery provides two days of power when used under normal conditions.
Storage and Variants
The phone supports expandable storage. Users can expand storage up to 2TB using a microSD card.
The device comes in two variants:
- 4GB RAM + 64GB storage – ₹10,999
- 4GB RAM + 128GB storage – ₹11,999
Availability and Color Options
The Poco C85x 5G will be available for purchase through Flipkart. On March 14 the sales will start.
The smartphone will be available in three different color options.
