U.S. Plans Possible Withdrawal From Iran Operation

The United States will stop military operations in Iran according to Donald Trump who made this announcement during his White House press conference. 

Trump said the withdrawal could happen within two to three weeks. He explained that preparations for ending the operation are already in progress. He also stated that the decision does not depend on any agreement with Iran.

According to Trump:

  • The U.S. may withdraw regardless of negotiations
  • A deal with Iran is not necessary

He added that the U.S. would leave the region only after confirming that Iran’s nuclear strength has been significantly weakened.

  • Recovery could take 15 to 20 years
  • Leadership challenges exist within the country

He also noted that Iran has the option to enter negotiations but emphasized that it is not required for the U.S. to proceed with withdrawal.
