Overview of the New Ola S1 X+ Model
- Ola Electric has launched a new electric scooter in the market. The model name is S1 X+ 5.2 kWh. The company introduced this variant on Monday.
- The scooter uses an in-house developed battery called the 4680 Bharat Cell. According to Ola the internal technology enables the company to manufacture products at lower expenses. The company established a product cost of ₹1,29,999 because of this.
- The company also announced an introductory price of ₹1.29 lakh which will remain effective until April 15.
Key Performance and Specifications
The scooter includes an 11 kW mid-drive motor. The motor enables the scooter to achieve both fast movement and energy-saving operation.

- Top speed: 125 km/h
The scooter also includes improved braking features:
- The system uses Brake-by-Wire technology to enhance braking control
- The system uses a front disc brake to deliver increased braking capability
