TVK leader Vijay who is also an actor has introduced the party's electoral manifesto to the public before the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. The manifesto provides various financial assistance programs which benefit women farmers students unemployed youth and elderly citizens. The document includes major agricultural technology and public service commitments.
Support for women and education
- The manifesto promises ₹2,500 per month to women below 60 years of age. The government also plans support for education-linked welfare.
- Mothers of students in government and aided schools would receive ₹15,000 per year. The aim is to reduce school dropouts.
- For girls from low-income families the party offers a wedding package. The package contains 8 grams of gold and a silk saree.
- Self-Help Groups would receive interest-free loans up to ₹5 lakh.
Promises for farmers
- The manifesto includes loan waivers for farmers.
- Farmers with less than five acres of land would get full agricultural loan waiver. Farmers with more than five acres would get a 50% loan waiver.
- The party also promises higher procurement prices. It sets ₹3,500 per quintal for paddy. It sets ₹4,500 per quintal for sugarcane.

- Unemployed graduates would receive ₹4,000 per month.
- The plan also proposes 5 lakh new government jobs.
- Senior citizens and persons with disabilities would receive a ₹3,000 monthly pension.

- Each family would get six free LPG cylinders per year.
- Electricity would be free up to 200 units.
Technology and infrastructure plans
- The manifesto proposes the creation of an AI Ministry. The document also proposes the establishment of an AI University and an AI City.
