Eight Teams to Tour Five Countries

Eight teams have been formed by the government to tour five countries within a period of 10 days. The teams will leave India on May 22 and are likely to return in the first week of June.

This action follows opposition party consultations. The delegations will speak on behalf of India's voices regarding terrorism and detail Pakistan's alleged role in the guise of Operation Sindoor.

Five Key Points to be Made Globally

The delegations will highlight the following points while traveling:

  • provocative actions taken by Pakistan resulting in Operation Sindoor
  • retaliation by India through the operation and why it was undertaken
  • planned reaction by the government to possible terrorist attacks
  • Guarantee that the strike was targeting terrorist camps only and did not result in civilian casualties
  • Proof of the ongoing support of terrorism by Pakistan and the danger it presents globally

Diplomatic Efforts to Gain World Support

India wants to use this campaign as a way of educating the world regarding its anti-terrorism efforts. The government wants to prove that its actions were focused, justified, and directed towards achieving national and global security.
