Samsung Begins Manufacturing Its Slimmest Galaxy S25 Edge In India

Domestic Production Has Started in Noida

It has been confirmed by the South Korean smartphone giant, Samsung, that it has initiated the production of its slimmest phone, Galaxy S25 Edge, in India. The business started the production in the Noida factory. The new device features the latest technological advancements and promises high performance.

Launch and Specifications

The Galaxy S25 Edge went official in India on May 13. Included with it is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor that comes with AI features. The phone costs between ₹1.09 lakh and ₹1.22 lakh.

Market Insights

Counterpoint Research has found that in the next four years, Samsung and Apple will account for 94% of the Indian smartphone market. The market share of Samsung was 17% in India during the first quarter of 2025. The launch of the most recent 'S' series models has been a boost to Samsung's product portfolio.
