OpenAI CEO Sam Altman discussed Meta's recent attempts to poach AI talent. On a podcast with his brother, Jack Altman, Sam revealed that Meta is offering huge salary packages. These include sign-on bonuses of as high as $100 million and best-in-class yearly packages.
