
Tata Motors Launches New Cargo Vehicle
Tata Motors launched the Tata Ace Pro, a light cargo vehicle. The vehicle will be available with three engine options: petrol, electric, and petrol-CNG.

The 6.5-foot loading deck of the vehicle can carry a payload of up to 750 kg. The vehicle is ideal for small-scale transportation purposes.

Focus on Self-Employment
Speaking at the launch ceremony on Monday, Pinaki Haldar, Vice President and Business Head, Commercial Vehicles, Tata Motors, said that the Ace Pro is aimed at self-employed people.

Tata Motors has tied up with banks and financial institutions. These ties are to enable loan facilities to customers.
Sales Background and Vision
More than 25 lakh Tata Ace vehicles have been sold in the past 20 years. The company views the Ace Pro as a new chapter of this saga.
Overcoming Market Issues
The small commercial vehicle segment experienced slowed growth because of a 50% price increase following the transition from BS4 to BS6 fuel standards, Haldar stated.

Although there were higher previous prices, the Ace Pro is priced at levels comparable to new models, providing enhanced value.
