Big Price Cut for Indian Users
X, the social media company run by Elon Musk, has lowered the cost of subscription for Indian users. The firm says this is to reach more users within the country.
New Subscription Rates
- Premium subscription is now available at Rs. 470 from Rs. 900.
- Those subscribing to Premium enjoy features such as extended posts and a verified blue tick.
Lower Rates for Web Users
- For web users accessing X, the Premium price is now Rs. 427, down from Rs. 650.
Lower Basic Subcription Fees
- The Basic plan per month now stands at Rs. 170, from Rs. 243.75.
- The Basic annual plan now stands at Rs. 1,700, from Rs. 2,590.48.
Premium Plus Plan Also Lower
- Premium Plus was added in October 2023.
- It features AI functions, ad-free experience, and tools such as SuperGrok and Grok 4.
- The Premium Plus now costs Rs. 2,570, a decrease from Rs. 3,470.
- For users on mobile, the cost is now Rs. 3,000 from Rs. 5,100.
