Five Andhra Pradesh Cities Receive Cleanliness Awards
Andhra Pradesh Minister Narayana was awarded by President Droupadi Murmu during the Swachh Survekshan ceremony. Five cities of the state were chosen based on their performance in cleanliness.
Award-Winning Cities Declared
The following cities were awarded:
- Visakhapatnam (GVMC)
- Vijayawada
- Rajahmundry
- Guntur
- Tirupati
Each city received a different award for its work in sanitation and urban cleanliness.
Offcials Attend the Ceremony
Minister Narayana was present at the function along with commissioners from all municipal corporations. President Droupadi Murmu gave away the awards to them.
Union Minister Manohar Lal and AP Swachhandra Corporation Chairman Pattabhi were also present. Senior officials of the winning cities were there at the function.
