Negotiations On for Investments in Sectors of Importance
Industrialist Anand Mahindra said that Andhra Pradesh has great investment opportunities. He revealed that his teams are in talks with state authorities regarding investing in solar, micro irrigation, and tourism segments. He made this announcement on X on Saturday.

Anand Mahindra reacted to a post from Minister Nara Lokesh, the latter happy to have been able to contribute to Andhra Pradesh's growth story. Lokesh had previously complimented a Mahindra truck advert that Mahindra had shared on X.
Mahindra Truck Ad Wins Acclaim
Anand Mahindra posted a telecast of a Furio truck commercial in Telugu on his X account. In Telugu, the caption went, "Just one decision is enough. Your destiny is in your hands. Own the truck. Change your life." Minister Lokesh replied by dubbing the ad "heart-touching." He also added that Andhra Pradesh is amongst the largest markets for Mahindra cars. To it, the minister has made a special mention.
Call for Local Manufacturing Facility in Andhra Pradesh
During his response, Lokesh put forth the idea of Mahindra opening a manufacturing unit in Andhra Pradesh. He highlighted the preparedness of the state and its high industrial investment potential.

Anand Mahindra responded in Telugu, saying: "Our journey has just begun. Let's see what happens in the future." His response showed interest in pursuing further cooperation with the state.
