ED Targets Properties Associated with Falcon Scheme
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached 12 immovable assets linked with the Falcon Invoice Discounting Scheme. The total worth of these assets is ₹18.14 crores.
Company and Its Director Under Investigation
The officials of ED are probing Capital Protection Force Private Limited and its Managing Director Amardeep Kumar. They discovered that the company collected approximately ₹792 crores of money from investors by making false promises of returns on their investments.
Fraudulent Gains In Question
The ED is currently seizing and identifying assets which are thought to have been illicitly obtained with the help of this scam. Officials had previously seized a Hawker 800A plane belonging to Amardeep Kumar.
