Volvo Unveils Updated XC60 with New Features
Volvo Car India has launched the updated XC60 in India. The starting price is ₹71.90 lakh. This facelifted model was launched globally earlier this year and is now available in India.
Assembled in Bengaluru, Equipped with Advanced Technology
The new XC60 is produced at Volvo's plant in Bengaluru. As opposed to this car, some other Volvo cars are brought in and retailed in a completely knocked down (CKD) condition. The XC60 features lots of modern technologies including:
- Qualcomm Snapdragon Cockpit Platform
- 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster
- Integrated voice assistant
- Panoramic sunroof
- Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
Volvo's EV Plans for India
Volvo Car India Managing Director Jyoti Malhotra said that the company does not intend to avail government incentives for electric vehicles (EVs) in India. Volvo might, however, launch the EX30 EV later this year.
