Goenka Describes the Changing World of Work
Goenka said that a lot of individuals are concerned about job losses due to AI. Yet, he feels AI will not eliminate jobs but alter the manner in which existing work is performed and introduce innovation into various sectors.
He also said that there will be new kinds of jobs. The positions of prompt engineers, AI product managers, and AI value experts will become the norm. Goenka also said that offices might look radically different in the future, defined by AI technologies and automation. As far as he is concerned, smart and flexible workers will thrive under this new setup.

Goenka's post went viral and also evoked various reactions on the internet. Some people concurred with him that AI is not stealing jobs but contributing to new prospects. For example, a user said that companies such as Capgemini are recruiting fresh graduates, which indicates that jobs are not lost after all.
Others added that AI will boost productivity in all sectors. It can improve return on investment and drive economic growth. Some also pointed out that AI will impact jobs in content creation, software development, and design, but not eliminate them entirely.
