Suneetha Narreddy Shares Details On Vivekananda Reddy Murder Case

Meeting with Kadapa SP

Narreddy Suneetha, the daughter of the late former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy, recently called on Kadapa SP Ashok Kumar. She was joined by her husband Rajasekhar Reddy. They briefed the SP on the latest progress in the murder case of Vivekananda Reddy. The meeting was initiated in view of a petition in the Supreme Court for cancellation of bail by the accused.

Statement to the Media

Suneetha, after the meeting, addressed the media and reminisced about the events connected with the murder of her father. She indicated that the situation in Pulivendula during the ZPTC by-elections reminded her of the fate suffered by her father.

"When my father was killed, they said he died due to a heart attack, even though there was evidence of an axe wound," she indicated.

Then some suspected leaders of the TDP were behind it. The police were pressurized, and the crime scene was manipulated."

Allegations and Pressure

Suneetha further testified that within hours of the murder, one person came to her and requested that she sign a letter. The letter read that her father was murdered by Adinarayana Reddy, Satish Reddy, and B.Tech Ravi. She did not sign it.

"Police were threatened by followers of Avinash Reddy," she further added.

Concerns Regarding Events

Suneetha stated the same kind of problems are now occurring during the ZPTC polls. She believes Avinash Reddy's followers might have attacked her cousin, Suresh.

Ongoing Struggle for Justice

She said she has been fighting for justice in the case of her father for the past six years. But no punishment was provided to the perpetrators till now.

"There is false propaganda being disseminated that my husband and I had a hand in my father's murder," she stated.

"Those responsible have to see justice."
