US President Donald Trump has yet to decide whether he will impose retaliatory tariffs on China. The vice president, JD Vance, confirmed this on Monday.
Vance described the tariff problem with China as more complicated. According to him, numerous factors, not just China's buying of Russian oil, will determine US-China relations.
Trump has already imposed additional tariffs on India for purchasing oil from Russia. China is also bringing huge quantities of oil from Russia. Whether tariffs of a similar kind will be imposed on China is yet to be determined, according to Vance.
