Rajinikanth and film buffs across the globe are eagerly anticipating the release of Coolie. The movie will release in a couple of hours. Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister and actor Udhayanidhi Stalin gave his feedback after watching the movie early.
He congratulated Rajinikanth on 50 years of cinema and the official release and was looking forward to it. Udhayanidhi said that he loved every frame in this mass entertainer and was sure that the film would work for audiences in all areas. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj reacted, looking forward to the fact that Udhayanidhi had liked the film.
Strong Presale Performance
Coolie is an action thriller film written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and features Rajinikanth. The movie has created strong buzz ever since the announcement. This has resulted in record-breaking presale bookings.
As per English media reports, 12 lakh tickets have already been sold globally. The production unit announced that one lakh tickets were booked in the initial hour of bookings being opened in the Telugu states. Overseas, Coolie has collected the maximum presale bookings for any Tamil film till date. Industry expectations place the film in a potential ₹100 crore club on its opening day.
