Miss Universe 2025 Crown Awarded To Fatima Bosch
  • Miss Mexico, Fatima Bosch, won the title of Miss Universe 2025. The competition was held in Thailand. The outgoing Miss Universe, Victoria Kejar Helwig of Denmark crowned Fatima. Fatima entered her very first beauty pageant and won.
  • Over 120 contestants participated from all over the world. Fatima, 25, won against all participants. The first runner-up was Praveen Singh from Thailand. The second runner-up was Stephanie Abasali from Venezuela. Fatima belongs to Santiago de Tepa, Mexico, and studied fashion design. She has talked about dyslexia and hyperactivity disorder at school. She says she is proud to overcome these challenges. She previously won the Miss Universe Mexico 2025 competition in September.
  • Manika Vishwakarma of India participated in this event. She made it into the top 30 in the swimsuit round, but did not make it into the top 12. India has not won the Miss Universe crown this year. Saina Nehwal, the badminton player, was one of the judges.

Prize and Benefits

  • The Miss Universe Organization has not declared any prize money officially. However, as per the reports, the winner may get $250,000. Additionally, they may receive a monthly allowance of $50,000. The crown that the winner will wear is priced over $5 million, which is around Rs. 44 crore.
  • The winner also gets free housing in the Miss Universe apartments in New York City for one year. A professional makeup artist and assistants are provided at no cost.

Responsibilities of the Winner

The winner serves for one year as the chief ambassador of the Miss Universe Organization. Activities include attending social events, parties, and press conferences. Winners may travel anywhere in the world for free. The organization pays all hotel and restaurant bills during such trips.
