iQOO, a subsidiary of Vivo, has introduced its latest flagship smartphone model, the iQOO 15, into the domestic market. Last month, the brand had first launched this phone in China. This high-end smartphone comes with advanced features like the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, 7000mAh battery, 2K display, and 144 Hz refresh rate. iQOO 15 Specifications
The iQOO 15 runs on Android 16 with Origin OS 6. It has a 6.85-inch Samsung LTPO AMOLED screen. The display supports 144 Hz refresh rate with 2K resolution and goes up to 6000 nits of peak brightness. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. According to the company, the phone scored 4.18 million points on the AnTuTu benchmark.
It has an 8K vapor chamber cooling system. Below the rear camera module sits a halo ambient light. iQOO has promised 5 years of OS updates and 7 years of security updates on this device.
Camera Details of iQOO 15
The iQOO 15 has a triple rear camera setup:
- 50MP Sony IMX 921 primary camera with optical image stabilization
- 50MP telephoto periscope camera
- 50MP ultrawide camera
On the front, it comes with a 32MP selfie camera. The front camera shoots 4K videos at 60 fps. The phone has an IP68+69 rating for water and dust resistance.
It uses a 7000mAh silicon carbon battery. The battery supports 100W fast charging and 40W wireless charging.
iQOO 15 Price
The iQOO 15 comes in two variants:
- 12GB RAM + 256GB storage: Rs. 72,999
- 16GB RAM + 512GB storage: Rs. 79,999
During the introductory offer, the company will give a discount of Rs. 7,000 on purchases made with bank cards. This reduces the starting price to Rs. 64,999.
It will go on sale on Amazon starting December 1, from 12 noon onwards. Priority customers can start buying from November 27. It is available in Legend and Alpha Black color options.
