Voice & Video Messages for Missed Calls

In a situation where a WhatsApp call is unanswered, users are capable of responding with a voice message or video.

Key points:

  • The button that has appeared is beneath the missed call in the chat.
  • The user can send an audio/video message to state the calling reason
  • The message can be read by the receiver in that chat

WhatsApp has also introduced:

  • New interactions, such as "Cheers," in voice chats
  • The reactions do not interrupt group conversations
  • Video conferencing: The active speaker has been given priority for audio automatically, much like Zoom, Google Meet

Meta AI Image & Video Creation

The Meta AI image capabilities within WhatsApp have been improved.

New capabilities are:

  • Enhancement of image formation for greeting messages

New Media Tab & Link Preview Design
