The leaders of these countries expressed their intentions to establish stronger diplomatic connections and develop greater collaborative efforts with India through their diplomatic messages.

- China: President Xi Jinping wished India a Happy Republic Day. He said China and India would remain good neighbors and friends and expressed interest in strengthening diplomatic relations and cooperation.
- United States: Secretary of State Marco Rubio congratulated India and highlighted the historic relationship between India, the world’s largest democracy, and the US, the world’s oldest democracy.
