- Prime Minister Narendra Modi invited global investors to participate in the growth of India’s aviation sector. He stated that the sector develops quickly while it provides excellent prospects for investors. Rapid Growth in Indian Aviation
- Prime Minister Modi said that air travel has become affordable for the general public during the last ten years in India. He explained that India has become the third biggest domestic aviation market in the world. Indian airlines have ordered more than 1500 new aircraft because of increasing passenger demand.
- He described how the airport count has grown to a high degree. In 2014, India had around 70 airports. The current number of operational aerodromes has exceeded 160 because more than 100 have begun operating. The UDAN scheme has established new air routes which 1.5 crore people have used to travel to smaller cities.
- The Prime Minister stated that the government intends to construct more than 400 airports before the year 2047. He also mentioned the efforts which aim to establish seaplane operations throughout the entire country.

- Union Civil Aviation Minister K. Rammohan Naidu said the aviation sector has seen major progress under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership. The Wings India 2026 static aircraft display which took place at Hyderabad's Begumpet Airport marks Asia's largest air show according to his announcement.
