Attorney General Issues Civil Investigative Demands
- Attorney General Ken Paxton said that Civil Investigative Demands were sent to three companies in North Texas. The investigators believe that the companies developed fictitious companies to execute deceptive practices for H-1B visa acquisition.

Governor Suspends New H-1B Visa Applications
