India has established its largest trade partnership with China at this moment. The Chinese diplomat Zhu Fiangao announced that China and India established a 12 percent trade increase during the past year. He shared this knowledge during his speech at a public event.
Growth in Economic Cooperation
- Zhu Fiangao announced that China will provide support to India for its upcoming BRICS summit leadership preparations. He confirmed China’s intention to work with India to support the development of the Global South.
- He referred to the meeting between Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping held last year. The two countries established better relations after their meeting. He added that economic cooperation between the two countries has continued to increase.
- Zhu Fiangao reported that the two countries reached a trade volume of 155.6 billion dollars in 2025. The current figure represents a 12 percent growth rate from the previous year. He observed that Indian exports to China experienced a 9.7 percent increase.
