IT Services and BPOs at Risk
- Khosla stated that IT services and BPO jobs may almost disappear in the next five years due to AI tools. He also warned that skill-based professions could be wiped out within 15 years.
- He identified educational and healthcare sectors as potential growth areas despite existing obstacles. AI technology has the potential to enhance service accessibility for all people.

- Khosla said AI will have a major effect on the global economy. The use of robots to replace workers will become affordable which will lead to decreased inflation and increased quality of life.
- He added that in 15 to 20 years many services could become free. Education and healthcare could be available to all. Governments may need to shift focus from traditional job creation because AI can perform many tasks more efficiently than humans.

Khosla believes AI will allow humans and machines to work together. He suggested that India could move from being an IT service provider to exporting AI-based products.

- The AI Impact Summit will take place from February 16 to February 20 at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi. Countries will present their AI strategies showcase talent and expand digital infrastructure. The summit will also highlight the growing startup ecosystem.
