Infosys Announces Acquisition Of Optimum Healthcare IT And Stratus

The company intends to acquire both Optimum Healthcare IT and Stratus according to its acquisition announcement for these two companies. The total deal value of approximately ₹5,260 crore allows Infosys to expand its healthcare and insurance technology services through its two planned acquisitions. 

Details of Optimum Healthcare IT Acquisition

  • The company will acquire Optimum Healthcare IT through a $465 million purchase agreement which equals approximately ₹4,370 crore.

  • The company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Stratus for $95 million which equals approximately ₹890 crore.

  • Stratus provides insurance technology solutions which enable businesses to manage Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance processes. The acquisition will enable Infosys to build stronger insurance capabilities through this deal.
