Samsung Smartphone Prices Hiked In India: These Galaxy Phones Are Now More Expensive

Samsung smartphone prices have been hiked again in India and buyers should double-check before buying any of the popular Galaxy A, Galaxy F and Galaxy M series smartphones. Multiple Samsung Galaxy phones, including some of its entry-level smartphones have reportedly been made expensive by upto Rs. 1,000.

Samsung Galaxy Smartphones In India Have Been Made More Expensive

Samsung has announced a price change for multiple entry-level and mid-range smartphones. The latest Galaxy A series, Galaxy F series and Galaxy M series smartphones are the ones that have been made expensive.

As per reports, the revised prices would be applicable from July 4, 2026. The hikes have been applied on some models based on their RAM and Storage configurations and have gone up by as much as Rs. 1,000.

Samsung Galaxy A Series Price Hike In India

  • The popular Galaxy A series is one of the segment leaders and the price hike has impacted some of its popular models. The Galaxy A07 4GB + 64GB model has reportedly been made expensive from Rs. 10,999 to Rs. 11,999.
  • The Galaxy A07 5G model has also been made more expensive. The 4GB + 128GB version is now priced at Rs. 17,999 while the 6GB + 128GB model is now costlier at Rs. 19,999.
  • Galaxy A06 5G also seems to have been impacted by the price change as the 4GB + 64GB version is now priced at Rs. 14,999 while the 4GB + 128GB model costs Rs. 16,999. The 6GB + 128GB Galaxy A06 5G model has also been made expensive and is priced at Rs. 18,999.

Galaxy A17 5G Has Also Been Made More Expensive

Samsung's highly popular Galaxy A17 5G smartphone has also been made expensive. As per reports, the 6GB + 128GB Galaxy A17 5G is now priced at Rs. 23,499 while the 8GB + 128GB version costs Rs. 25,499. The 8GB + 256GB Galaxy A17 5G model, on the other hand, has been made extremely expensive at Rs. 29,999.

This means that anyone looking to buy a Samsung Galaxy 5G smartphone in India under Rs. 25,000 will have to think again.

Samsung Galaxy F Series Smartphones Have Also Been Made More Expensive

Samsung Galaxy F series smartphones have also been impacted by the recent price changes. The Galaxy F07 smartphone with 4GB + 64GB combination has been made expensive from Rs. 10,399 to Rs. 11,399.

The Galaxy F17 5G smartphone with 4GB + 128GB combination has also been made expensive by Rs. 1,000 and is now costlier at Rs. 19,999. The higher storage variants, on the other hand, are even more expensive and are priced between Rs. 21,999 and Rs. 23,999.

Galaxy M Series Smartphones Have Been Made More Expensive

  • Samsung Galaxy M series smartphones have also been impacted by the recent price changes in India. The Galaxy M07 smartphone with 4GB + 64GB combination has been made expensive from Rs. 10,399 to Rs. 11,399.
  • Other Galaxy M series smartphones have also been made expensive this year. Earlier in 2026, Samsung made multiple Galaxy M series smartphones expensive by Rs. 1,000, including the Galaxy M36 5G, Galaxy M17 5G and Galaxy M06 5G smartphones.

Why Are Samsung Galaxy Smartphones Becoming More Expensive?

Samsung has not officially commented on every single price change. However, we know that smartphone manufacturers are struggling with component costs in the current scenario.

Smartphone memory modules and other components have become expensive in recent times and the burden of these costs are passed on to consumers like us. In fact, earlier reports have shown that smartphone prices are rising exponentially in India, especially for mid-range and flagship smartphones. This trend has also been observed in Samsung's own price changes.
