Gurgaon Road Rage: Woman Biker Claims Car Followed Her, Hit Her Bike And Fled; Video Goes Viral

A terrifying road mishap in Gurgaon has been the talk of the town after a woman biker accused a car driver of tailoring her, hitting her bike and vanishing into thin air. The alleged incident was caught on camera by the biker.

The rider, a woman, went viral after she uploaded the video of the incident on Instagram and requested the Gurgaon Police to look into the matter and take action against the car driver. The mishap has raised serious concerns of road rage, reckless driving and biker security in Gurgaon.

Woman Alters Aggressive Driving and Tailing Incident

The woman biker, on social media, went by the tag Sia, stated that the incident occurred on Sunday while she was riding along with her friends from Golf Course Road towards Bikerburns. She alleged that the driver tailoring her had started following her soon after she joined the road.

She stated that the driver was making gestures at her and had asked her to stop. Although she had requested the car driver to keep a distance, the vehicle continued tailoring her. She further alleged that the occupants in the car were drunk but this is yet to be confirmed by authorities.

Anxious about her safety, she requested to keep ahead of the vehicle to avoid the car from blocking her path. However, as she was doing this, one of her friends riding behind her, tried to stop the car from tailoring the biker.

Camera Footage Captures Motorcycle Collision

The video by Sia seems to show that the car was chasing the biker before hitting her. But the car driver, on the other hand, drove away after the alleged collision.

According to the biker, one of her friends chased the car and told the driver to stop at a traffic light. The friend alleged that the collision was the car driver's mistake but the driver denied and drove off from the junction.

Woman Appeals to Gurgaon Police

After the incident, Sia shared details of the car, including the vehicle registration number, in the caption of her Instagram post. She further requested social media users to share the video to help in identifying the car driver.

In her appeal, Sia requested Gurgaon Police to investigate and take action against the car driver for the alleged road rage. She further emphasized the need for security measures for bikers and other vulnerable road users in Gurgaon.

The incident has caused an uproar over aggressive driving, road harassment and the safety of women traveling by bike. However, the allegations by the biker and the events surrounding the collision are yet to be confirmed by authorities.
