'Indian Idol 14' Grand Finale: Vaibhav Gupta Clinches Title

The winner of 'Indian Idol 14' is Vaibhav Gupta. The performer from Kanpur took home a prize of Rs 25 lakh. Sunday, March 3, saw the exciting 'Indian Idol 14' grand finale episode.

Piyush Panwar and Shubhadeep Das Chowdhury were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. A trophy and a cash for Rs 5 lakh apiece were presented to them. Ananya Pal, meanwhile, was crowned the third runner-up. A three-lakh rupee cheque was given to her.

Kanpur-born Vaibhav captured hearts during the audition with his intense performance, and he received compliments from well-known celebrities that graced the programme all night.

"It feels surreal to have won the 'Indian Idol 14' trophy," Vaibhav said, expressing his satisfaction upon lifting the prize. It is a great privilege to carry on the tradition of this cherished and esteemed programme. This adventure has been an incredible rollercoaster with a wide range of emotions, difficulties, and life-changing experiences."

Shreya Ghoshal, the show's judge, talked about Vaibhav and his abilities. "Vaibhav has shown versatility right from the audition, and he has kept surprising us with his performance throughout the competition," she stated. Vaibhav has had an incredible, dependable, and motivating ride on the show. I sincerely hope he achieves all of his goals and wish him the best."

Kumar Sanu, Vishal Dadlani, and Shreya Ghoshal served as the judges for "Indian Idol 14."
