Tamil Actor Suriya has taken fans by storm as he gave an emotional speech about his wife actress Jyothika at the grand audio and trailer release of his upcoming movie Scene.

The audio and trailer release was held in Chennai on October 31, 2026 and was attended by many celebrities such as Suriya, Jyothika, Karthi, Nazriya Nazim, Naslen and director Jithu Madhavan.

“I am so grateful to my wife. She is my greatest strength. We can't choose our parents and siblings but we get to chose our life partner. That is what makes it so special,” shared Suriya.

He further said that Jyothika helped him during tough times and always stood by him if he had made mistakes. He credits her guidance for making him into who he has become.

“She is a great mother, great friend and best life partner. Her strength as an actress and as a person is amazing. I am so lucky to have her by my side,” added Suriya.

Suriya spoke about his upcoming movie Scene which is directed by Malayalam filmmaker Jithu Madhavan. He shared that it is a unique mix of murder, mystery, madness and comedy. He urged the audience to watch with an open mind.

The movie stars Nazriya Nazim and Naslen in key roles. It has music by Sushin Shyam and is produced by Suriya and Jyothika under their banner Zhagaram Studios and 2D Entertainment.

Scene will be released globally on November 6, 2026.

Suriya also thanked actor Dhanush for rearranging the release date for his movie Om so there would be no clash during Diwali.
