OnePlus Launches Budget Tablet with Competitive Specifications
OnePlus has introduced a new tablet named OnePlus Pad Lite in India. It is a new addition to the company's tablet lineup at an affordable price. The tablet comes with an 11-inch LCD screen sporting a 16:10 aspect ratio and supports up to 500 nits of brightness. It comes equipped with a quad-speaker setup that is Hi-Res Audio certified.
The tablet measures 7.39 mm in thickness and has a weight of approximately 530 grams. It's available in a single color, Aero Blue. The front and rear cameras are both 5MP.
Battery and Performance Features
OnePlus Pad Lite is equipped with a 9,340 mAh battery. The company claims that it lasts for 80 hours of music playback, 11 hours of video streaming, and 54 days of standby time when charged. It supports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging.
The device is driven by OxygenOS 15.0.1 and has a MediaTek Helio G100 processor. The principal software features include screen mirroring, clipboard sharing, and gallery syncing between OnePlus phones. The device supports OnePlus Canvas as well, with which two apps can be used on one screen.
For parents with children, the phone includes Kids Mode and Eye Protection mode to ensure safe usage.
Pricing, Availability, and Launch Offers
OnePlus Pad Lite is available in two models:
- 6GB RAM + 128GB WiFi: ₹12,999
- 8GB RAM + 128GB WiFi + 4G LTE: ₹14,999
There will be a ₹2,000 launch discount available when paid using certain bank cards. The devices will go on sale from August 1 through OnePlus.in, Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, Bajaj Electronics, and other retail partners.
Future Launch: OnePlus Pad 3
OnePlus also revealed that it would be releasing the new OnePlus Pad 3 sometime in late September 2025. It will boast a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. More information will be revealed nearer the release date.
