Indian batter Sarfaraz Khan has recently made headlines for his fitness transformation. After missing selection for the five-Test series in England, Sarfaraz decided to improve his fitness levels. He focused on reducing his body weight with discipline and diet.
Within two months, Sarfaraz lost 17 kg weight from 95 kg to 78 kg. His present regimen involves disciplined eating habits. Now, he eats mostly boiled vegetables and chicken and refrains from high-calorie foods.

Sarfaraz shared gym pictures on his Instagram story to highlight his leaner appearance. The evident change took many by shock. Responses featured reactions such as, "Wow, is that him?" and "17 kg in 2 months? Wow!"
The 27-year-old batsman has played 6 Test matches for India and has scored 371 runs till now. His recent appearance was in a match against New Zealand at Wankhede Stadium last November.
