Usain Bolt, the retired Jamaican athlete, recently disclosed his life after retirement. Dubbed the "World's Fastest Man," Bolt confessed that he feels exhausted even when going up the stairs. While in Tokyo for the World Championship, Bolt explained that he spends a lot of time at home.

He said:

  • He wakes up when his children go to school.
  • He occasionally exercises, based on his mood.
  • He spends a part of the day watching series until his children come back.
  • In the evenings, he works on family time.

Even though he dislikes visiting the gym, he still exercises every now and then. Bolt added that resuming running might enhance his breathing and energy.
