Indian Film Industry Reacts to Pakistani Actors' Remarks
The All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA) openly expressed their anger with Pakistani actors Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan on the topic of India's Operation Sindoor. In a statement issued on Wednesday, the association called for the Indian film industry to sever all connections with the two actors and others who have made similar remarks.
AICWA Demands Industry-Wide Action
The association said the actors' remarks were offensive to India and insensitive towards terrorism victims. AICWA added that such comments also insult the memory of soldiers who died for the nation.
- AICWA directly asked for a complete block of Pakistani artists and filmmakers from Bollywood.
- It advised Indian singers and performers to avoid working together with Pakistani artists.

Operation Sindoor: India's Counter to April Attack
India launched Operation Sindoor late Tuesday night as a counter to the April Pahalgam terrorist attack. Indian forces targeted hubs in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) during this operation using missiles and drones.
