Jairam Ramesh Tags Video Where Trump Claims He Prevented Nuclear War between India, Pakistan
Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh posted on his social media account, tagging a video from Trump's speech. In the video, Trump claims he averted a nuclear war between India and Pakistan.
Ramesh wrote, "Trump repeated 23 times that he stopped a nuclear war between India and Pakistan. The Prime Minister should answer clearly in Parliament. People in India deserve to know the truth."
Trump Repeats Ceasefire Claim
On Monday, Trump again claimed that he helped broker peace between the two countries. Since May 10, he has posted on social media that he resolved tensions between India and Pakistan.
