Vaibhav played for Ranji Trophy at the tender age of 12 years and became the youngest player to play in the history of the tournament. He played for the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the age of 14 years and made a century off a mere 35 balls for Rajasthan, entering the record books as the world's youngest player to make a T20 hundred.
Future Prospects
With the Under-19 World Cup coming up next year, Vaibhav may not be around for the entire Ranji season. His selection, however, is a reflection of his steady cricket and rising status in Indian domestic cricket.
