Meta CEO Highlights Vaccine-Related Content Removal
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has accused the Biden administration of exerting tremendous pressure on Meta to censor content about COVID-19 vaccine side effects. Speaking on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Zuckerberg shared his concerns about government interference in social media platforms.
This is particularly true with respect to pushing COVID-19 vaccines," Zuckerberg said. "He says he has more good than bad results, but he's uneasy about an effort to close conversations about potential side effects," the report further noted. Meta's Change of Censorship Position
Recently, as controversy was reported surrounding Meta's approach to content moderation, updates on the said matter were made public by the firm's owner. In a video, he said the level of censorship has reached the high level it never did. "We're now at an all-time high level for censorship," declared Zuckerberg.
